In order to transform Banciao City in Taipei County into an international city and to promote cultural and artistic exchange between Banciao and other cities in the world, the Banciao City Office has set up a base called “435 International Artist Village.” By means of the Resident Artists Program, we hope to create opportunities for different disciplines of art, such as visual arts, aural arts, music, video arts, dance performance, etc., to have interdisciplinary blending.
